Is there a minimum quantity I need to rent?

No, you can rent as little or as much as you need for your event. Each of our items are individually priced. When you are getting your quote, remember to put the exact quantity that you would like.

Do you offer discounts for bulk ordering?

Give us a call at (801) 988-6288 and we can discuss discount options.

Am I responsible for cleaning the products I rent?

No, with COVID-19 still being prominent we have taken extra precautions to ensure that our equipment is sanitized and clean between uses.

Am I responsible for any damaged or lost equipment?

Yes, you are responsible for any damage from the time we deliver the equipment to the time we pick it up. You’ll be responsible for any items that cannot be located as well. We ask that you keep all equipment in a secure area. If you believe that we have made a mistake, please contact us at (801) 988-6288.

Do you rent to cities outside of Utah?

Yes, we also rent to some cities in Nevada and Idaho. Check out our service areas here.

Will you do the set-up?

Yes, we’ll take care of the setup for any lights, tents, or equipment. We’ll also set up any chairs or tables for an additional fee.

What should I do if I am missing items?

If any of your items are missing or damaged, please contact us right away at (801) 988-6288 and we’ll correct the problem right away.

When should I make my reservation?

As soon as you have a definite date for your event. We will do our best to accommodate you if the products you are wanting to rent are not available.

Do you do event planning?

Yes! We can help you plan your event as well. We’ll take your vision and turn it into a reality! We will go “all out”!


Do you deliver?

Yes, one of our representatives will set up a timeframe that works best for you and we’ll deliver it between that time-frame.

Do you pick up the equipment?

Yes, one of our representatives will set up a time frame that works best for you and we’ll pick it up between those times.

What is your delivery fee?

Can I get a refund on any items I did not use?

No, we treat and clean all products the same after they are returned to us.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, debit, and all major credit cards.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit, of the reservation total, before you can reserve any items.
